- Your booking details — date, time, party size and any notes or dietary requests you add.
- A record of your past visits with us, so we can look after you better.
Why we collect it
- To take, confirm, change and manage your booking.
- To send you booking confirmations and reminders by SMS or email.
- To contact you if something changes with your reservation.
- If you opt in, to occasionally send you news and offers — you can unsubscribe from any email in one click, at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the booking — for example our SMS provider, our email provider, and our point-of-sale system. We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your booking and visit history while you are an active guest so we can recognise you on return visits. Ask us and we will delete your details.

- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link at the bottom of any message.
- Access, correct or delete your details — just contact the venue and we'll sort it out.
